Quality is great from the seller but it's a major pain to actually get it to work with the radio. The driver cd that came with it is useless. I spent four hours installing different drivers/software to get it to finally work. At the end of the day, i couldn't honestly tell you how i managed to get it to function. I think this is a waste of money as you can program the Puxing radios directly from the numberpad......
